*In terms of shipping, we do ship our pieces locally and internationally. For orders in Malaysia we use a local courier company (PosLaju) and it usually takes 48hrs to get to you once it leaves our workshop. For international orders, we use registered courier company (DHL) and the shipping period is estimated to be within 12-25days. Tracking number will be given once the shipment has been shipped out. Your order will on be delivered once the bank has confirmed the payment. Please notify us (dazzlingtales@gmail.com) once payment is made.

*We gladly accept payment only through Paypal. PayPal is a secure way to purchase online as it automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
*We also accept bank transfer payment via Maybank and CIMB and this is applicable for purchase within and outside Malaysia. Please email us the bank- in slip to dazzlingtales@gmail.com once payment has been made.
